This enhancement to our Family Defender™ and CDL Defender™ plans provides members access to fraud resolution services, including trained advisors who can evaluate an identity theft incident and guide members through the resolution process. It also includes provisions for lost wages and expense reimbursement.

U.S. Legal Services plans pay 100 percent of all attorneys fees for representation for covered issues. Please check your specific plan and coverage for details.
Attorneys must meet strict criteria in order to become part of the U.S. Legal Services network. Requirements include a minimum of five years of experience, proper licensing with their states' bar associations, and no record of any complaints or disciplinary history.
