The COVID-19 outbreak has created challenges not only for our office and staff, but for our network attorneys, our members and our clients as well.
Due to delayed legal proceedings, the acclimation to remote work, and the ever-changing nature of the pandemic, U.S. Legal Services is experiencing longer hold times than our normal standard. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are still fully staffed and capable of serving your legal needs.
We understand that each Member’s legal need is the most important to them, as it is to U. S. Legal Services. In order to serve you more efficiently and effectively, we recommend utilizing our electronic communication options. These electronic options will result in a Customer Service follow up and will decrease the amount of incoming calls and extended hold times:

U.S. Legal Services is taking steps to ensure the safety of our staff while continuing to provide the best customer service to our Members. We have upgraded our phone system, we are working with our network attorneys to offer remote servicing, and we are keeping abreast of the status of court systems which remain closed or are operating with limited capacity.
