Moving Violations back to top
- Provides legal representation for non-criminal moving traffic violation,
including but not limited to speeding, to reckless driving, etc. issued to the
Member by any municipal, county, or state law enforcement officer. The
attorney will represent the insured in court and through trial, if necessary, in
municipal and state courts in the continental United States and Canada.
Coverage begins within 5 days after you become a member or otherwise specified in your policy.

Representation by your Plan Attorney with Attorney’s fees paid.

Your Attorney will be located in the area where you receive the citation.
Non-Moving and D.O.T. Violations back to top
You and your spouse are entitled to defense of citations issued in your motor vehicle including:
- Overweight
- Logbook
- Loadspill
- No Placard
- No Motor Carrier Authority
- No Medical Card
- Expired Inspection Sticker
- Overheight
- Overlength
- No Permit
- No Fuel Stamp
- Hazardous Material
Administrative Hearings back to top
You and your spouse receive 2.5 hours of Attorney representation for each of the following situations:
- You are denied a driver's license
- Your driver's license is cancelled
- Administrative hearings involving suspension or revocation of Member’s driver’s license privileges.
Plan Members are responsible for paying their own court cost, fines, and related fees.
Major Accident Representation back to top
If you’re charged with a crime as a result of a serious traffic accident, you're entitled to receive 10 hours
of attorney representation. Attorney representation subsequent to that, will be at a 33% discount off the
Attorney's normal hourly rate.
All Other Legal Services back to top
You and your spouse can also have your own Attorney for advice and consultation by telephone or at the attorney's office, including one letter and one phone call by the Attorney, at no cost to the member(s) for the initial interview on the following legal matters:
Group A
- Dissolution (divorce)
- Child support or custody
- Bankruptcy (Ch7)
- DUI
- Criminal Law
- Consumer Law
- Landlord-Tenant.
The Plan also provides that you may obtain an uncontested divorce as a plan member for the discounted rate of $195…..Also a simple will and a living will for only $35.
Group B
You may also obtain help with violations
and charges excluded in other benefit
categories also including pre-existing matters
such as moving violations and other
legal matters.
In the event the Plan Member desires to
employ the Plan Attorney for any services
covered in paragraph A subsequent to the
no cost consultation, the Plan Attorney
shall reduce his/her normal hourly rates by
33 1/3% for services described in Group A and
25% for Group B above.

needs arise within the United States and Canada.
Your Attorney has been selected based on their
qualifications and years of experience. Your personal
Attorney is properly licensed by all applicable
Bar Associations.
